1 lb Hamburger
1 onion Brown & Drain
1 tsp. Salt
32 oz of your favorite Spag. Sauce (I use Prego)
12 oz tomato paste
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Sugar
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
Cook in Crockpot on Low all day!
Makes enough to eat and freeze!!
to make Lasagna
Make Sauce above
Mix below together
3 Cups Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2Tbsp Parsley Flakes
2 Beaten Eggs
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Cook 9 Lasagna noodles
Layer Noodles, Spag. Sauce, Cheese Sauce in a 9x13 and repeat 3 times
Sprinkle 8 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese on top
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes let cool 10 minutes and serve
